FurnishDesk is a procurement desk for businesses furnishing a commercial space. You tell us what you need, and we get it quoted, made and delivered by manufacturers.
What we do
A business fitting out a hotel, restaurant, office, clinic or school usually has to find manufacturers, brief each one, compare quotes that don't line up, and then chase delivery. We do that part for you:
- We go through your requirement, drawing or photos and draw up the item list.
- We confirm sizes, materials, finishes and quantities with you before anyone quotes.
- We send the specifications to manufacturers who make that kind of product and compare what comes back.
- You get one written quotation covering products, quantities, taxes, delivery and installation.
- Once you order, we coordinate production, dispatch and installation with the manufacturer.
What we don't do
- We don't manufacture anything. We have no factory, no showroom and no stock.
- We aren't a supplier directory. We don't publish manufacturer lists, and we don't give your contact details to manufacturers before you order.
How we make money
We earn a margin on what we source. It is included in the price on our quotation, so you pay the quoted price and nothing separately for sending a requirement or getting a quote.

Hotels and serviced apartments, restaurants and cafes, offices, clinics, and schools or coaching centres.
Where we take requirements from
- Central: Hyderabad, Nagpur, Indore, Bhopal, Raipur
- West & North: Delhi NCR, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Jaipur
If you're somewhere else in India, send the requirement anyway. We'll tell you up front if we can't deliver there.
