How we use your details

What we collect

• What you enter in the requirement form: name, business, phone, WhatsApp number, email, city, the products you need, quantities, dates and notes.
• Files you upload, such as drawings, photos and existing quotations.
• The first page you visited on this site and the name of the website that linked you here. This tells us which pages help buyers.
• Messages, photos and files you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
• The IP address the form was sent from, which we use to block spam.

The site has no analytics or advertising cookies. It uses your browser's session storage only to remember the first page of your visit until you send the form.

How we use it

We use your details to understand your requirement, contact you about it, prepare a quotation and, if you order, deliver it. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who else sees it

• When we ask manufacturers to quote, we share the product specifications, quantities, delivery city and timeline. We don't share your name, business name or contact details with them before you place an order.
• Our web host stores the form and your files. New requirements are sent to our team as a Telegram notification. We keep a lead record in a Google spreadsheet, and email to enquiry@furnishdesk.in goes to a Google mailbox. We use AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude, to read requirements and draft supplier enquiries. A person checks those drafts before anything goes to a manufacturer.
• Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you open the site.

How long we keep it

We keep requirements and files for as long as we need them to quote, fulfil an order and keep business records.
