1. These terms

These terms cover your use of furnishdesk.in and any requirement you send us. In them, "FurnishDesk", "we" and "us" mean ExpressTech Systems, trading as FurnishDesk. Each order is also covered by its written quotation and your purchase order. If those differ from these terms, the quotation and purchase order apply.

2. Using this website

The information on this site is general. Photos, package lists and specifications are examples to help you describe what you need. They are not offers, and a product, size or finish is confirmed only in a written quotation. Please don't upload harmful files, send false requirements or copy the site's content in bulk.

3. Sending a requirement

Sending a requirement doesn't commit you to anything. Please give accurate details. If you upload drawings, photos or quotations, you confirm you have the right to share them with us. We may turn down a requirement we can't source or deliver, and we'll say so.

4. Quotations

Our quotations are based on prices we get from manufacturers. Each one lists the products, specifications, quantities, prices, taxes, delivery, installation, payment terms, expected lead time and how long the quotation is valid.

A quotation is not a contract. An order is confirmed only when all three of these have happened:

• you accept the quotation in writing or send a purchase order;
• we confirm the order in writing;
• we receive any advance the quotation asks for.

Prices can change if the quotation has expired, or if the specifications, quantities or delivery location change.

5. Payment

Payment terms are set out in each quotation. We place the order with the manufacturer only after we receive the advance stated in it.

6. Products are made by manufacturers

We don't make the products we sell. Third-party manufacturers make them to the agreed specifications. Wood, veneer, stone, leather and fabric vary naturally in grain, shade and texture, so small differences from samples or photos are normal and are not defects. Any warranty is as stated in the quotation.

7. Delivery and installation

Delivery and installation dates in a quotation are estimates based on the manufacturer's schedule. If something is going to be late, we'll tell you as soon as we know. You are responsible for having the site ready: access, lift or stair use, power, storage space and any building permissions. Please check goods when they arrive and tell us about any damage or shortage in writing, with photos, as soon as you can.

8. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, lost business or a delayed opening. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. If something goes wrong

Tell us first, on WhatsApp or at enquiry@furnishdesk.in. We'll work with you and the manufacturer to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction over any dispute.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to requirements sent after the date below. Last updated 21 October 2026.
